This policy explains what we collect when you use PassportSEA and what we do with it. It is a plain-language draft and should be reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Who we are
PassportSEA is an independent publication. You can reach us through the contact form.
What we collect
- Visit statistics. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that reports page views and site speed. Cloudflare describes it as privacy-first. Read Cloudflare's own privacy documentation to see exactly what it processes.
- Forms. If you use the advertiser waitlist or the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email and message, and on the waitlist your business details. Your message is sent to us by email. We don't store it on the site.
- Bot protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Cloudflare may process technical data from your browser for this check.
- Service providers. We use Cloudflare to host the site and Resend to deliver form messages to us.
What we do not do
We don't sell your information. We don't run ads that follow you around the web. We don't ask you to create an account to read the site.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to providers, embassies and government sites. When you click through, that site's own privacy policy applies. Affiliate links may set a cookie on the provider's site so it knows we sent you.
How long we keep information
We keep form and email information until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed to reply to you.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send a message through the contact form.
